February is my birth month and I have challenged myself to get fitter before my birth date and then I can enjoy my cake. The numchuck on my Wii doesn't want to take a charge so it look like I will be investing in a new one. In the meantime I have a couple of good DVD's that I can use. One of these is belly dancing and I thoroughly enjoy belly dancing. It does excercise multi body parts with its isolation excercises and I love the sound my coin belt makes as I shimmy my hips.
Have you tried Zumba? It's not something that I have gotten into but my sister enjoys it. We don't live close enough to each other to go together but there are plenty of classes near me. Perhaps I can give it a go one of these days. Two of my nephews are into Salsa and that is something I would like to try. Maybe it is the South American in my blood that enjoys the rythmn and beat.
Many people dislike the idea of excercise or the thought of going to the gym. I tell my clients it is not necessarily about excercise but about moving more. It is too easy at the end of the day to flop down in a comfy chair. But think about when and how you can MOVE MORE. If watching the TV, during ad breaks get up and do something for those 3 minutes, and I don't mean go to the fridge for another beer lol. You can even do some resistance training whilst sitting, clench those buttocks and see how soon it is before they get in better shape. Every little helps and the increase in endorphins will help too.

I have an accountability buddy for my business and now you can all act as accountability buddies here. And once I get into the swing of it I know I will enjoy myself.
